We believe that when you visit the Acronymics, Inc. website and Acronymics-related sites (e.g. the AgentBuilder site), you should have as much control as possible over your personal information. In general, you can visit our web pages without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. Information Acronymics gathers and tracks Acronymics gathers two types of information about users: data that users provide voluntarily, and domain information which is used for analysis of trends and statistics and allows us to modify our web sites to better meet the needs of users. Electronic mailing lists Acronymics, Inc. offers free electronic mailing lists to users. We gather the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe. Users may remove themselves from mailing lists by following the instructions contained in every mailing list message. Email addresses provided by users are never given, sold or traded to any third parties. Sales information Acronymics, Inc. provides the capability to order products via the Internet. To process an order, certain information is required (e.g. name, shipping address, payment information). However, a user is not required to place orders via the Internet. Phone and fax numbers for Sales are provided on the appropriate web pages to provide an alternative to online ordering. All information provided by the user when placing an online order is used only by Acronymics and is not shared with any third party. We may, from time to time, send you information about our products and/or services that we feel may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such correspondence, you may, at any time, send email to informationAgent@acronymics.com with Subject: Remove from mailing lists and request to be taken off such mailing lists. Usage tracking Acronymics, Inc. tracks user traffic patterns on all of our sites. However, this information is aggregated over all users and is not analyzed according to individual users. Usage tracking information is private to Acronymics, Inc. and is not released to any third parties.
