founded in 2003 by Mr. Dan Ballard. Mr. Ballard was previously President
and CEO of Reticular Systems, Inc. He has also served in engineering and
management positions at Titan Corporation, SAIC and Motorola, Inc. He
has many years of experience developing intelligent systems solutions.
